European data set of the Regional Basic Synoptic Network (RBSN)
A "Three-hourly European RBSN Data Set" is provided at a discounted information price for the re-use by Service Providers within the ECOMET Territory (including redistribution as type B value added services to end users and broadcasters).

The individual Members of ECOMET have granted specific discounts on the information price of their respective contribution to this RBSN data set resulting in a total package price of 13 000 EURO per year [price per 1-3-2017].

The package comprises all available (chargeable and non-chargeable) three-hourly SYNOP reports from the RBSN stations as defined by WMO Regional Association VI.
The volume discount does not apply to this data set, since the discount is already taken into account in the package price.

European GTS data set
A "European GTS Data Set" is provided at a discounted information price for the re-use by Service Providers within the ECOMET Territory (including redistribution as type B value added services to end users and broadcasters).

The individual Members of ECOMET have granted specific discounts on the information price of their respective contribution to this GTS data set resulting in a total package price of 140 000 EURO per year [price per 1-3-2017].

The package comprises all available (chargeable and non-chargeable) SYNOP reports as listed in the ECOMET Catalogue and as far as these are subject to exchange on the GTS of WMO.

The volume discount does not apply to this data set, since this discount is already taken into account in the package price.

Volume discount applicable on data bought in addition to the GTS data set:
When buying additional data next to the GTS data set, the (entire) volume of chargeable data in the GTS data set can be taken into account when calculating the volume discount to synops not contained within the GTS data set and originating from Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovenia or Sweden.
